Pimp My Ride This 1966 Cadillac Coupe de Ville, nicknamed "Miss Moneypenny", will be one of an expected 250 vintage, collectible and classic automobiles on display in Oak Bay Village this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the fifth annual Blethering Place Collector Car Festival.
